Staff Qualifications and Eligibility
- Our Caregivers must pass a criminal record check, complete a basic training course and pass the exam. They must be physically and mentally able to provide services.
- The Home Managers plan, coordinate, organize, assist, implement nutritional requirements, medical treatment and information, services and activities for the residents. The Manager will make certain that Residents rights are being addressed that he or she is adjusted to their environment.
- The Program Manager will be responsible for program implementation, medical services, support services, participation and outreach or day programs, also qualify staffing. And ensure that agency operations are functioning in each Home to provide quality services.
